——Qiaofeng Company's Visit to Celebrate the 98th Anniversary of the Founding of the CPC
In order to celebrate the 98th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, inherit and carry forward the glorious historical tradition and fine style of the party, further enhance the party spirit concept of the majority of party members, and review the glorious history of the party, on June 30, 2019, Qiaofeng Company organized all party members and activists to join the party to go to the Red Education Base of Outang Martyrs Cemetery in Dingyuan County, Carry out a "Welcoming July 1st" visit commemorative activity with the theme of "Remembering the Revolutionary Martyrs and Inheriting the Revolutionary Spirit".
At 8 o'clock in the morning, all party members and active party members of the company arrived at the south gate of People's Square on time and took a bus to the Martyrs Cemetery in Outang, Dingyuan. During a two-hour drive, Chen Xiaorong, the new secretary of the company's party branch, briefly introduced the purpose of this event to everyone on board. On behalf of the new party branch, he expressed gratitude to the previous two party branch secretaries, Tao and Vice President Li, for their strong support for this commemorative visit. He also expressed that the new party branch will continue to improve with the support and encouragement of the old secretary, Determined to develop into an excellent party branch full of vitality and motivation.
After successfully arriving at the destination, all visitors first held up the party flag at the entrance of the Lotus Pond Martyrs Cemetery for a group photo. Then, with a heavy heart, everyone visited all the martyrs' tombstones behind the revolutionary monument. Looking at the brief introduction of their deeds and years of birth and death on the tombstones, they thought of countless revolutionary predecessors who sacrificed their precious lives to defend the country and the people at a young age. A sense of admiration arose naturally. Everyone stood here silently for a long time and pondered for a long time.
"I volunteer to join the CPC, support the party's program, abide by the party's constitution, fulfill the party's obligations, and implement the party's decisions..." Yang Jian, a probationary party member, raised his right fist in front of the party flag, followed Li Lin, the deputy secretary of the party branch, and swore word for word. In front of the monument engraved with the words "Revolutionary Ancestors, Eternal", and witnessed by other party members, the solemn and sacred party joining ceremony for the new batch of party members of Qiaofeng Company was completed.
At the end of the event, everyone arrived at the Lotus Pond Revolution Memorial Hall and, under the guidance of professional interpreters inside, visited all the venues in sequence. Listening to the introduction by the commentator, everyone gained an understanding of the development of Party and Youth League organizations and mass movements in the Dingyuan area during the Second Revolutionary War; I saw the historical footprints of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries such as Liu Shaoqi, Zhang Yunyi, Zheng Weisan, Luo Binghui, and Tan Zhenlin who fought in the Outang area; During the Anti Japanese War, under the leadership of the Party, the army and civilians in Outang adhered to the spirit of fighting against Japan, succeeding one after another, fighting bravely and bravely against the enemy. When you see the large knives, spears, and two forks used by the military and civilians in the base area displayed in the museum, as well as the self-made spinning wheels, grass shoes, and cotton quilts used by the military and civilians in the large-scale production movement, you can't help but think of the military and civilians in that period who, under such difficult living conditions, still fought and killed enemies, which gave us today's beautiful life.
